A full deposit equal to the total cost of the arrangement is required to confirm any order.
Cancellations are only eligible for a partial refund (50%) if the arrangement has not yet been created and the cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date.
In such cases, only 50% of the total service amount will be refunded.
If the arrangement is already in production or completed, no refunds will be issued.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery are not eligible for any refund, regardless of the arrangement’s status.
The retained amount covers operational costs, floral purchases, materials, and production time.
In exceptional cases and at the discretion of Paris Floral Studio, the retained amount may be applied as store credit toward a future order.
