Once Paris Floral Studio arrives at the agreed delivery location, no changes or redirections to another address will be made.
The floral arrangement will remain at the designated delivery location, and it is the responsibility of the customer or recipient to arrange pickup at that location.
Paris Floral Studio will not travel to a second address once arrival at the original location has been completed.
A change of address will only be considered if an additional delivery fee is approved and paid prior to any additional travel.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be considered fulfilled once the arrangement is left at the agreed location.
