At Paris Floral Studio, all floral arrangements are custom-made using fresh flowers; therefore, all sales are final.

Once payment is completed and the order has been successfully delivered to the designated recipient, no refunds or monetary returns will be issued.

If there is a concern regarding the quality of the arrangement at the time of delivery, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

After review, Paris Floral Studio may offer a replacement of the arrangement or part of it, at our discretion.

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Change of mind after delivery.

Damage caused by improper handling, extreme weather conditions, or lack of proper care after delivery.

 

By placing an order with Paris Floral Studio, the customer agrees to and accepts this policy in full.
